Film-maker Jeremy Fowlers captured the remarkable success-in-adversity story of Truck festival in the July floods.. After the village of Steventon was dramatically flooded the day before the festival, the Truckers, led by the redoubtable Toby & Genevieve, rallied to hold a remarkable, short-notice, emergency indoor event at Oxford Brookes SU.
